Who the clinic is for
We serve families in Southwest Kansas whose income is limited: people who work at the plants, the dairies, the fields, the stores and the schools; who clean, cook, drive and build.
If you are not sure you qualify, call. We ask a few questions about your household and tell you either way. When we cannot take a case, we say so right away and give you the names of other places that can.

For everyone else: a fee set by your household income, agreed in writing, and often paid in installments.
The government's fees
Filing fees are set by the government, are separate from our fee and are paid by the client. We give you the current amount before you file.
