What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, closest office and the message you write. If you call or text, we keep the number and the notes of the conversation.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to decide whether the clinic can take your case and to keep the file if it does. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only the clinic's lawyers and staff, and the interpreters who help them, under the same duty of confidentiality as the lawyers. We share information with a court or an agency only for a case you have asked us to take, and with a person or organization only if you agree.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete what you sent us before we take a case. Call either office or write to hello@wheatlandclinic.org. Files of cases we have taken are kept as the law requires.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. It does not use advertising cookies.
