Amos Penner

Amos practiced general law in Southwest Kansas, for farms and small businesses, before he turned to immigration court. He grew up on a wheat farm near Ingalls.

He takes the clinic's court cases: bond hearings, removal proceedings and appeals. He knows many of the area's employers by name, which helps when a case turns on work history.

Amos does not speak Spanish. Lupita or a clinic interpreter sits in on every meeting, so you can speak in your own language and be understood.
